Week 3

Day 1

I woke up and unclogged the toilet. Glamorous! Then I cleaned, I live the high life yo. 

I bought two extra planters which brings out bank to $1,591 but it's money well spent. My four planters will help us get through Fall, Winter and some of Spring. I plant two new seeds. One Raspberry and one Mandrake. I hear those plants sell like hotcakes at the elixir shop. 

 

I take Father to the consignment shop and consign 6 tomatoes and 9 apples. I get a message that some beeswax and honey sold, along with some apples. Bringing out bank account up to $1,852.

I decide to take a break. I hadn't had a break in forever it seems. I take Father to the town pool. It's the last weekend of Summer and I think relaxing will be good for us. And while there I meet two new classmates. Calvin Riffin and Ethan Parrott. 

 

No swimming for Father, I'm afraid he might drown. But he does sit and relax for a while.

I borrow a towel and sun bathe before taking a swim in the pool. It was great having a break!

When I get home Deanie gives me a squirrel and I sell it for $20. The bank is up to $1,852.

Day 2

I found a new way to take a shower. Just kidding. The washer breaks. Again. The weird voice pops up after I fix it, telling my handiness level is up to 4. Where is my trophy?

I go to school, come home and pay the bills - $141. Bank - 1,681.

I fix Father and I some dinner. Peanut Butter and Jelly. I make it on a gross counter. Yum!

I get a delivery telling me some honey, beeswax and apples have sold at the elixir store. Bank is up to $1, 838

I nap. I garden (weird voice tells me I'm at level 5 now). I do homework. Deanie brings me a snake that I sell for $12. I love my kitty boy. Bank - $1, 850.

Day 3

First Day of Fall. I buy a dresser, since there isn't one in the house. It costs me $300. Bank $1,545. In the dresser I find some old clothes for myself and Father. What a lucky break! I also change my hair up a bit. I do chores and at the end of that..

The sink breaks! I fix the sink and get a weird message from the weirdo voice. Something about a Plumber Skill Challenge. Hope it's a good thing! 

Oh and I finally clean the counter. Then Deanie makes himself at home on it. But he earns it. Deanie brings me a turtle which I sell for $100. Bank is now at $1,643.

I go to school, nap. Homework. The fun stuff.

I garden and see a creepy gnome hanging out by my orange tree. Weird.

Since I harvested some more produce, I go and consign them at the elixir store. 30 apples, oranges and tomatoes all together. I also get a message that some of the produce I consigned at the consignment store yesterday sold. Bank is up to $1,655.

Father gets into an argument with some guy. I quickly get him out of there before things get ugly. I don't even know what they were fighting about. Hard telling.

Day 4

Nothing like waking up to floating tomatoes to start your day. 

"Hope, those...things. Are eating our food!" Father tells me. 

"Yeah Pops, I can see that. But they still help me out at times, so I don't care." Is my reply.

I go get ready for school after I do laundry.

After school I clean before Deanie brings me a Nuthatch. I sell it for $225. My brilliant kitty boy! Bank - $1,880.

"Hurry up Dad! I gotta take a shower so I can go to Prom!" I yell, waiting outside the bathroom door. I swear Father takes more time in the bathroom than me. But there was no way I was going to prom all stinky. 

While I'm waiting, I get a notice that says some of my produce sold. Yay! Bank - $2,014. Which means...

I have enough to buy a pre-built chicken coop that comes with chickens! I can now sell eggs. It costs me $1,500 (Bank $541) but it is so worth it.

I finally get dressed for Prom and run to the car pool. I'm excited to do something just for me! (Not sure if Prom is allowed, but it is school related, so I let her do it)

 My prom picture. I took it before Ethan Parrott confessed he likes me (Game's doing.) He likes me! I'm excited about this and I find I like him too. I also become Prom Queen, but someone stole my crown. That part sucks. (I went to put the crown on the mantel and it disappeared O_O)

Day 5

Chores. Always chores.

But I fix pancakes and don't burn them this time! So that makes me happy. 

Deanie brings me a snake and I sell it for $85. Bank - $620. 

Then it's school time, which means I get to see Ethan. Woo!

I come home and harvest my first eggs. Then I pay bills - $159. Bank $456. Deanie brings me a bug so that means a trip to the Science Center. I donate the bug and they give me $38. Which brings the bank account back up to $544.

After the Science Center, I take Father to the consignment shop. I consign 10 pieces of produce and 3 eggs. 

Since Father is busy playing a video game they have set up, I take a short nap on their bench. Then do my homework at the consignment shop as Father rests on the bench. 

Day 6

Chores again plus unclogging the toilet. I swear it gets clogged like every other day! Then the usual. 

School, garden. Tend the chickens. I buy Deanie a new scratcher for $30 then get a notice that some of my produce and eggs have sold. Bank - $590.

The washer breaks. AGAIN. At least Deanie has fun while I'm fixing it. 

Deanie brings me two bugs after I do homework. I take them to the Science Center,along with Father. Turn out one is a rare Plasma Bug! That one, along with the other one he caught they give me $4,776 for! I'm stunned but thrilled! Bank - $5,366.

The first thing I do with the money is buy Deanie a cat condo. He deserves it! It costs $597 (Bank $4,089) but he totally deserves it. My kitty boy is brilliant and more than earns his keep. 

Day 7

I start the day by reading a book they gave me for school, it's supposed to improve my grades. Even though I'm holding study at a A. 

The moment I got this poster on a field trip to the cemetery, I knew I had to hang it up in the house somewhere. 

After I finish reading, I eat and do the household chores. Then the outdoor chores. 

"Sink broke. Mmhmm." Father tells me.

Really? I hadn't noticed. Even though it's getting water all over me...

"Thanks..." I mumble before fixing it. 

I take Father to the elixir store and consign 31 pieces of produce and 7 eggs. I skip the bees after last time. I don't want a repeat of that. Ever.

I get a notice that some of my eggs at the other consignment place sold. Bank is at $5,023.

I take Father to meet Ethan. Father insisted on it. I'm nervous about it. 

But they seem to hit it off while I meet Ethan's Mom and his little sister. They seem like cool people.

While Ethan's parents and my Father are busy, we share our first kiss. My first kiss ever. It was short but sweet, for me anyway.

I eventually gather the courage to ask Ethan if he wants to be my boyfriend. He says yes! (Not sure how long I'll keep this relationship but since the game decided they like each other, I went with it for now XD)

I go home happy and celebrate, if you can call buying new things celebrating. I do.

I buy a new fridge and stove, they match! It sends the bank back down to $4,508 but that's still pretty good. I make some goopy carbonara on my new stove.
